Basalt | Live Brief

The Brief \\ The well-known footwear designer Daniel Bailey set a live brief for us, asking that we create a visual story around Daniel’s upcoming independent footwear brand, BASALT. The challenge was to bring the brand and/or its products to life and connect it to relevant areas of youth culture, sport and fashion.

  • Mr. Baileys products were not made with the consumer in mind but for the love of the craft.

  • Creating a brand identity inspired by Japanese arts and crafts.
